I'm Kevin and I'm currently living in Mexico.

I am fluent in French (native language), Spanish and English.

I actually work for Dodow, a french company that sells sleeping devices. I am in charge of their customer service (US & Canada).

My job is to respond to the clients, using zendesk, macros and my own experience, to refund them through shopify, paypal or stripe, to send them a new product in case it is defective, generating shipping labels and tracking the packages using easypost, to handle returned products that arrive to our US warehouse and to check the refund status of each of these parcels.

I've learned and mastered how to be a professional in this area, respecting a deadline and working fast while maintaining a high-quality work.
