Hello Miss, Sir

I bring you a knowledge of being recognized as a former soldier, an added value having worked on defense programs for the benefit of France.
I left Guadeloupe to work in aeronautics (adaptability). I spent 21 years in naval aeronautics.
The different assignments allowed me to complete my skills each time.
I love to learn and I question myself to evolve. I take English lessons with an American teacher to be bilingual.

My project is to make an exciting job in line with my why (local manager, pedagogue, coaching, advice ...) and to continue as Project Manager or Business Manager in order to progress further.
Today, I am training level I (leadership, Auto-entrepreneur (complete training) online with coach Franck Nicolas). It ends in July 2020.
I use the management of the Manager's Tool and the D. I .S.C method to supervise employees or team members.
