* For the past 20 months I have been working as a Chief Creative Officer for a large lingerie brand based in China. We launched our SS18 athleticwear collection to supplement the current brand offering with a focus on moulded, high support sports bras. The brand targets middle class, Chinese, millennial women. To summarize my experience:
* I have designed activewear and intimates for over 7 years working for such brands as lululemon athletica (shop.lululemon.com/) where I debuted a bonded, high-support run bra collection, new intimates collection and worked to expand both Swiftly and Ebb+Flow circular knit seamless collections.
* After leaving lululemon 6 years ago, I have been working as a freelance designer for a variety of swimwear, outerwear, intimates and activewear brands including:

* In 2015 I had the opportunity to work as a trend analyst for WGSN attending and reporting on the Outdoor Retailer and SnowSports Industries America trade shows.
* I was called upon to audit the Without Walls S15 collection for URBN, Inc. providing technical and design related feedback to the executive.
* Early in my design career I worked as a Lead Designer for Chip and Shannon Wilson’s innovation lab (lululemonlab.com/about/)where I managed a small group of junior designers, while facilitating a successful collaboration with local athletes and influencers in the cycling community and managing the rigorous design and development cycle of the store collection.
* I have experience designing and developing proprietary fabric technology, engineered warp knit, custom designed trims, prints and graphics as well as a strong background designing products that incorporate bonding, moulding, sonic welding, laser and die cutti
