I left the university bench in 2016 with a degree in French and Francophone studies, option mediation and cultural management.

I joined an offshore company to become a teleconsultant in inbound, outbound, mailing and chat at the same time.

After gaining experience, I left this company and worked as a freelancer.

I worked as a Pre-Sales Agent for a Chinese e-commerce website, as an After-Sales Service on shopify shops, and as a virtual assistant in a leather goods brand.

I have also had contracts in proofreading and editing, and in transcription.

At one point, I was also customer service on a clairvoyance website, in short, I am versatile, I have a sense of challenge in my blood and I like to learn new things.
