Description

We are looking for our future camp director to oversee its women-only summer camps in a castle near Marseille.

Camp Director – Key Responsibilities:

Arrival & Check-In
- Warmly welcome campers upon arrival and assist with check-in for a seamless, friendly start to their experience.
- Facilitate engaging ice-breaker activities on the first evening to foster early connections.
- Conduct guided tours of the château to familiarize guests with the space and available amenities.

On-Site Guest Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for any camper needs, questions, concerns, or special requests throughout the stay.
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence during meals, workshops, and social gatherings to ensure personalized support and engagement.
- Handle schedule adjustments or individual accommodations with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide empathetic support to guests experiencing emotional discomfort, social anxiety, or personal challenges.

Experience Oversight
- Collaborate closely with facilitators and the catering team to maintain a smooth, cohesive guest experience.
- Check in with facilitators to ensure camp activities are running on schedule.
- Supervise the catering team to ensure meals are on time and tables are beautifully presented.
- Monitor group energy and dynamics, proactively guiding interactions to maintain an inclusive, positive, and safe environment.

Departure & Feedback
- Assist with the organized check-out process to ensure guests leave feeling appreciated and supported.
- Collect feedback both informally through conversations and formally via post-camp surveys or reflections.
- Share key takeaways, guest insights, and opportunities for improvement with the leadership team to inform future programming.
