Nous recherchons un·e freelance web opérationnel·le pour nous accompagner sur des tâches récurrentes d’intégration de contenus, dans un environnement structuré et bien documenté.

L’objectif : nous aider à absorber un volume mensuel conséquent de contenus, avec des process clairs et un accompagnement à la prise en main.

Missions principales
1. Création de fiches produits (Magento)
- environ 35 par mois
- Temps estimé : 6 à 10 minutes par fiche produit
→ Soit 3,5 à 6 heures / mois

2. Intégration de contenus éditoriaux (Magento)

Environ 15 à 20 articles par mois, comprenant :
- Intégration d’un article dans un template existant : ~20 min / article
- Duplication + traduction de l’article via ChatGPT en plusieurs langues : 10 à 20 min / article
- Vérification de l’affichage et des liens côté front : 1h à 1h15 / mois

→ Temps estimé :
- Intégration + traduction : 7h30 à 13h / mois
- Vérifications front : 1h à 1h15 / mois

Environnement & outils
- CMS : Magento (connaissance appréciée mais non obligatoire)
- Outil central de communication et de brief : Notion
- Aide à la rédaction et à la traduction : ChatGPT
- Templates et process déjà en place
