Description

Notre société est spécialisée dans l'optimisation des charges de copropriété.
Nous recherchons dans un premier temps une ou des personnes ayant les compétences pour:
1/ écrire 5 petits guides sur la copropriété (thèmes: copropriété, syndic, conseil syndical, syndic bénévole, ASL) représentant en tout 32 pages
--> option 1: des pages avec contenu généraliste d'environ 1 000 mots chacunes (cf. exemple en PJ)
--> option 2: des pages avec un contenu plus expert, introduisant plus de référence à la loi et à son évolution, d'environ 2 000 mots chacunes
2/ écrire toutes les semaines pour nous un article sur la copropriété avec un contenu expert, d'environ 1000 mots

Le contenu produit devra naturellement être considéré comme "unique". Le contenu "expert" pourra être lu par des juristes pointus en copropriété, et ne devra de fait pas être "contestable".
A budgeter de votre côté, en coût par mot ou en forfait pour les guides.
