Description
My passion to write software came at a very early age, I started writing code for the first time back when I was around 13. At first it was just basic apps in HTML/PHP, but it then evolved into writing more complex things and learning more languages such as C and Python at first and more later.
Back in high-school, I really started looking into UNIX systems and it was around the time 3D desktop features were making their way into Linux with Compiz. I really got involved into the community and started maintaining a small piece of software to start/stop Compiz via a panel icon (mainly written in Python).
I then went into prep-school aiming to become a computer engineering, but the fact I had gathered so much knowledge before even going to school, I quickly decided to start working. Thanks to a good network I got myself into my first job in a small startup where due to my precious skills I was quickly put in charge of making key decisions on which tech to choose and how the data was structured.
After almost a year and a half of great experience I decided to explore new horizons, I decided to help another small startup building their products by managing the team and making tech decisions as well as developing the project itself. Currently I'm still working there but always on the look for cool and challenging opportunities.
