[URL visible pour les membres Premium], an emerging AI-powered productivity platform, is looking for a Social Media Growth & Community Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across all major platforms.
This is a full-time remote role with a fixed monthly salary plus unlimited performance-based bonuses for every 1,000 followers gained. There is no time limit — the more we grow, the more you earn.
What You’ll Do
Drive consistent follower growth across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
Design and implement engaging content strategies aligned with our AI and tech audience
Build and manage an active online community of creators, professionals, and tech enthusiasts
Respond to comments, DMs, and support queries with speed and professionalism
Collaborate with our marketing and design teams for visual and campaign support
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement
Stay on top of social trends, especially in the AI and SaaS space

Who You Are
Proven track record of organic social media growth (please include examples or stats)
Experience managing and nurturing online communities
Excellent written communication in English (other languages are a plus)
Familiar with AI, SaaS, or tech startup content is a strong advantage
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Skilled in social media scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
