After more than 30 years of professional experience within a Large Group, I decided to support smaller companies. Team and cross-functional manager, then internal methods and tools consultant, I favored proximity with employees and partners in the interest of my employer and his clients.

So how do you do it?
My approach is based on your current resources in the following way: A socio-organizational diagnosis, then, the facilitation of creativity workshops with key people who volunteer to identify the REAL problems with the shared responses. Thus, the chosen solution will be really relevant and used and therefore the risk of making the wrong choice is limited.
